By checking the consent boxes on our lead form and providing your telephone number to BODYBIZZ FITNESS (operating as BodyBizz Fitness & Nutrition), you are providing your express written consent to be contacted by BODYBIZZ FITNESS or its designated representatives for non-emergency transactional and marketing communications under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular service provider plan. BODYBIZZ FITNESS is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including phone numbers and consent data, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
